Privacy Policy
Last Updated: March 5, 2026
Bryce Willcox ("I," "my," or "me") operates the TMI Talk mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Service.
1. Information Collection and Use
I do not collect any personal identification information (PII) directly through the Service. You are not required to create an account or provide an email address to play TMI Talk.
2. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services that may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob
The free version of TMI Talk displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect certain device information, such as the device advertising identifier (IDFA), device type, and general usage data in order to deliver, personalize, and measure advertisements.
On iOS devices, the app requests permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the advertising identifier. If you deny this permission, advertisements may still be shown but will be less personalized.
For more information about how Google handles data, please review Google’s Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Aside from advertising services provided by Google AdMob and purchase processing handled by Apple, TMI Talk does not share user data with third parties.
Apple App Store
Used to process In-App Purchases (Level 2 and Level 3 Upgrades). Payment information is handled exclusively by Apple; I do not have access to your credit card, payment, or billing details.
3. Data Storage
TMI Talk operates primarily on your device and does not require an online account.
Local Storage: The app stores certain settings locally on your device, such as game progress and category preferences. This information is used only to support normal gameplay functionality.
This data is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to external servers or shared with third parties.
Because TMI Talk does not collect or store personal information on external servers, I do not have access to your gameplay data and cannot delete it remotely.
4. Children’s Privacy
TMI Talk is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
